A fantastic turn out for the Y3/4 sportshall athletics at Longcroft meant there were 3 heats for every race.

The pupils all took part with great enthusiam and developed their skills. They used the reverrsa boards well and ran with determination.

Well done to Keldmarsh, St.Mary's, Molescroft, Cherry Burton, Tickton, Minster, Walkington, Leconfield, St.Nicholas and St.Johns who all sent teams.

Walkington again walked away with first place and will now have both their teams in the finals.

They plan a visit to Longcroft Sports Hall to practice their skills with the Y10 Sports Leaders prior to that so they are well prepared!
