Cherry Burton, Leconfield and Swinemoor year 5/6 pupils competed in Sportshall athletics at Longcroft. There were sprint and distance races as well as the obstacle and over and under relays. Jump challenges included vertical, long, triple jump and speed bounce while the throwing events were 1kg chest push and javelin.

Congratulations to all who showed determination and self-belief.

There was a tie for first place between Cherry Burton and Leconfield. All will get medals!
