The second Beverley/Longcroft cluster basketball festival was held at Grammar School on Tuesday.

The event, held for the second time, was attended by 7 schools - Minster, Walkington, Tickton, St Johns, St Marys, Swinemoor and Keldmarsh.

The festival was played with high energy over the 8 rounds assited by 9 lads from BGS Sports Panel who officated and ran the event superbly .

The winners Minster who won all 6 games scoring 34 baskets in the process. This narrowly beat the reigning champions Keldmarsh who beat Walkington in the final round to overtake them into 2nd place!
