A great evening's netball was held at Leven for the Hornsea Cluster on the 17th March.  10 teams from 6 different schools arrived to compete in the tournament, the winners would qualify for the next round to be held at Headlands in May.

There were 2 sections to the competition, followed by semis & grand final.  Each team played a minimum of 4 matches, with some very close results.  Goal difference had to be calculated to determine the teams who qualified for the semi finals.

The eventual final was played between Hornsea Community Primary a vs Leven A, with Leven A narrowly winning by 4-3.

The standard of netball was really high in the competition, despite the very cold conditions!

Thanks to Leven for hosting and to the Young Leaders (from Hornsea Secondary School) who did a brilliant job umpiring.
