The first football event of the year has taken place with a large crowd of parents and ex students cheering on Cherry Burton, Tickton, Molescroft, St.Nicks and Swinemoor as they fought for places in the East Riding finals.

Mike Trotter and the Longcroft referees again did a great job with running the event.

The winners were Swinemoor who took away the trophy and the SSP new winner medals. They will go on to represent the Longcroft cluster in the East Riding 'Big Schools' competition.

Cherry Burton were runners up on the night and will be our 'Small School' representatives,
