Longcroft school hosted a badminton competition for 10 schools on Tuesday 13th November. We ran a double competition on the evening where all the Longcroft cluster primary schools competed against each other and the Beverley cluster primary schools competed against one another. There was some great play and it was good to see over 50 children playing badminton on the evening.

The top two schools from each competition have qualified for the SSP finals in Februray at Bridlington.

Congratulations to St Johns from the Longcroft cluster and St Nicks from the Beverley cluster on winning all their matches and therefore winning their competition and qualifying for the next round.

Congratulations also go to Walkington and Molescroft who qualified for the next round of the competition. Well done to all 4 teams who will now represent Beverley in February.
