Teams from Sigglesthorne, Leven, Beeford, Brandesburton, Riston and Paull had a fabulous evening's football at Hornsea Secondary School in the lovely sunshine.  It was great to see so many children competing and having a great afternoon's football, whilst also learning about Fairtrade principles.

Thanks to Margaret Knapton for organising & for the Hornsea Rotary Club for sponsoring the Fairtrade footballs for each team.  The Aports Leaders from Hornsea also deserve a special mention as they were the referees and timekeepers & did a fanatstic job.

The children all really enjoye dthe experience of playing on the astro and there was some brilliant football played, the eventual winners, after a very close fought competition was Leven 1 - congratulations to them.
